Ally Hrbachek (she/her) is a dynamic leader and advocate for social change, dedicated to empowering individuals and communities. With a background in entrepreneurship, founding her baking business, ‘Ally’s Creeative Bakeshop’, and Founding her consulting company ‘Eight One Creeative Consulting’, Ally has demonstrated a passion for driving innovation and fostering collaboration to address pressing societal issues while creating community with her nonprofit ‘The Creeative Foundation’. 

As an Owner, Founder and President, Ally has spearheaded initiatives that care for her community in the greatest times of need. Her strategic vision and commitment to community have earned her recognition as a catalyst for positive impact.

In addition to her professional endeavours, Ally is deeply involved in her two businesses and the nonprofit she founded. Whether through fundraising, outreach work, collaborations, educating or public speaking, Ally continues to inspire others to take action and create lasting change.
